What this site collects

The site has no forms and sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address and what you'd like to discuss. We use them only to reply and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. Bookings are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or contract where we go on to work together. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years, and records needed for tax and accounting for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing adam@kilbowieconsulting.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
